The programming for this weekend’s Baltimore Comic-Con is up, with the usual Cup o’ DC Nation stuff, as well as spotlights on Paul Pope, Jerry Robinson, Olivier Coipel, the Romitas, and Walter Simonson.

Highlights include panels focusing on Guest of Honor Jerry Robinson, John Romita Sr. and Jr., and Titans Together George Perez and Marv Wolfman. A group gathering tackles the topic of Collaboration (with George Perez, Mark Waid, Kurt Busiek, Barry Kitson, Mike Wieringo and Todd DeZago), and a Moment with Howard Chaykin features additional guests Frank Cho, Jimmy Palmiotti, and Walter Simonson.

DC Comics is hosting three panels, one each on the DC Nation, DCU: One Year Greater, and Vertigo/WildStorm. Marvel Editor-in-Chief Joe Quesada will anchor his Cup O’ Joe, and the Marvel Trivia Contest promises Prize or No Prize. Individual creator spotlights include Walter Simonson, David Lloyd, Olivier Coipel, and Paul Pope.

The two-day Baltimore Comic-Con runs 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday at the Baltimore Convention Center. 1. nice to see so many guests that WERE contact by the Baltimore staff.

Too bad there were many people who wanted tables that were never responded to by the con staff.

  2. Anyone going should take the time to check in with David Lloyd. Not only is he the artist of V for Vendetta which should be enough for anyone, but kickback is a fine book that demonstrates he’s a pretty fine writeer as well. Top that off with the fact he’s a true gent and he becomes a port of call everyone should make.
