§ Wanna buy a domain? T Campbell is selling Webcomics.com:

Current offers are ranging between $2000 and $3000; this may change. I’ll try to keep this page as current as I can.

I’m not using a straight-up auction, because I want to sell to someone who will use the domain in an admirable way. Of course, it’s okay to make a profit off it… it’s not okay to just sit on the domain and wait for another buyer, or to exploit inexperienced cartoonists with it. If you think you can use this power for good, and you can make a substantial offer, e-mail me at [email protected]. Act fast! Supplies are limited!

§ Rick Olney is back! If you don’t know what that means you are far better off.

§ Sound into Image: The Art of P. Craig Russell, an 80-minute film by Wayne Alan Harold that spotlights Russell’s working methods, will premiere at the Mid-Ohio Con and a preview is at the link.

§ Elfquest is coming to the screen. This time Rawson Thurber (Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh) is in the saddle to direct.

§ There is a new Sid and Marty Kroft page on MySpace that has videos and so on of all your favorite Lidsville moments. That is very very scary.

  1. Yep, the actors are growing up… but then so are the characters they play, and it’s not too much of a stretch for a 19-year-old actor to play a 16-year-old character.

Heck, compared to most TV series about high school…

  2. Rick Olney is kind of like a cockroach. You think he’s gone for good, but he just comes back a few months later.

Love the childish shot he took at Gail Simone in the Wanted review. “That’s not Gail Simone” Shyeah. riiiight.
