    My early comics experiences are probably like Calvin’s. It was the superhero comics of the late ’60s, and especially Marvel superheroes, that got me hooked on comics for life. I’ve drifted away from superheroes over the last 20 years. When I read about them online now, I sometimes wonder who they’re aimed at.

    Obviously not kids, but what kind of adult wants to read this strange material?
