People often ask me, “Why don’t you do a podcast?”

I answer, “I do.”

In this week’s podcast, the More to Come Crew—Heidi “The Beat” MacDonald, Calvin Reid, and Kate Fitzsimons—discuss the Boom Archaia merger, fall graphic novel announcements, the late great Kim Thompson of Fantagraphics, more debate over MAN OF STEEL, and much more on PWCW’s More to Come.

With special sound effects that you will NOT want to miss.

  1. Dave Miller-Ld says:

    Hey, Heidi,
    do you do a podcast?

  2. Dave Miller-Ld says:

But seriously, I haven’t seen Man of Steel yet, but from everything I’ve read about it sounds like they did Miracle Man, not Superman.

  3. Darrell Taylor says:

All i heard in the assessment of Man of Steel was alot of bias. Their seems to be a tone of anti anything not indie in the tone of the 3 guests.

  4. Kate Fitzsimons says:

Darrell, I’m sorry you feel that way, but actually I’m a huge superhero fan! If I were only into indie stuff, I’d be more forgiving of the movie – but since I care about Superman, a Superman movie that isn’t very Superman-ish bothers me. Hence 90% of my issues with the movie, which, by the way, I didn’t hate. I just thought it had some big problems.
