This is an amazing comic. Issue 2 of the miniseries is one of the most touching/creepy/sad comics I’ve ever read. Few comics have me choked up these days. Beautiful work from Dorkin and Thompson.
Not any more! DAMN YOU ECTO!!!!
I’d also like to point out that with a cover price of only $20, this HC collection is the bargain of the week.
AMAZING stuff.
Thanks, Heidi, for the kind words and the plug.
Ditto Jeremy and Dirk. Glad you liked the book. I’m surprised more people aren’t saying anything about the incredibly reasonable $20 price tag, myself.
I’ll buy it !
Dark Horse had a display copy at ALA. It’s gorgeous! And I’m planning to get it, even though I also bought all the issues. For one thing, ALL the stories are included, from the various Dark Horse anthologies.
Great series. I found it very entertaining and gruesome. When I first picked it up, I hadn’t heard many reviews at all or any thing else about the story other that it was about the supernatural…and household pets. I was thoroughly impressed.
Also, I found the ending to the HC interesting. Can we hope to see a volume 2?
