There is major Hulk TV show stalling going on, but Guillermo Del Toro has nothing to do with it. Del Toro told Shock Till You Drop that Marvel wants a certain writer for the project who is “very, very busy” and that that’s mucking up the works. MTV Splashpage speculates that Del Toro is referring to Joss Whedon, non-news about no news ensues. (via ShockTillYouDrop and MTV Splashpage)

Here’s some stills from Arrow, which debuts next Wednesday on the WB, and here’s some from Iron Man 3, which feature Tony Stark’s new Mark XLVII suit as well as the Iron Patriot get up walking side by side. It looks like they’re headed out to the food trunk to get some breakfast burritos. (via HuffPo and /Film)

The Walking Dead has turned into such an epic multi-media franchise that it now has its own magazine dedicated exclusively to its various transmedia tentacles. If you’re going to NYCC, you can pick up a special limited edition cover of Michonne glaring and sword-wielding. And if you can’t wait for The Walking Dead AMCTV series to start up again the Sunday after next, then you can go watch three new episodes of The Walking Dead spinoff web series, Cold Storage (via The Walking Dead Magazine and Spinoff Online)

Man of Steel writer, David S. Goyer describes the film as “naturalistic” by which I think he is trying to imply that Legendary is giving it a Marvel-y makeover (via FirstShowing.net)

In news that is literally so last week, Dredd is sucking majorly hard at the box office. I thought it was so neat and am disappointed to hear that. (via MTV Splashpage)

TV Line released casting descriptions of the five central characters of Joss Whedon’s upcoming S.H.I.E. L.D. series for ABC TV. That’s going to get old to type real fast so I’m glad it’s going to be good. Joss Whedon, brother Jed, and sister-in-law Maurissa Tancharoen will serve as showrunners and executive producers, along with Angel producing alum, Jeffrey Bell (via CBR)

The Wachowski siblings are shopping their first TV series around. The project is going by the name of Sense8 and is going to be joint production with J. Michael Straczynski’s Studio JMS venture (via Variety)
